Group Strategy Director, Entertainment & Culture Impact

Initiative seeks a Group Strategy Director to shape the strategic direction and holistic communications plan for brands. You will lead cultural, consumer, and market insights, guiding the Strategy Team and collaborating across Analytics, Design, and Client teams to deliver high-quality, insight-driven work. You will mentor junior strategists, present effectively, and relentlessly pursue new thinking, ensuring plans are grounded in genuine business understanding and insight. #J-18808-Ljbffr Initiative
