Experience:

• Supervising: 2 year (Preferred)
• Aquatics: 1 year (Required)

Job Qualifications and Skills:

• Reputable leadership and supervising experience
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with children
• High energy
• Must pass background examinations prior to training

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the swim lessons and aquatics team on shift
• Coach to provide extraordinary lessons
• Oversee the aquatics systems
• Uphold the Aquatics Values and Standards
• Ensure student progress and satisfaction
