Other duties may be assigned:Oversee all service & parts activities at the branchResponsible for P&L and financials for branchManage hiring & branch personnelResponsible for training and developing of team members through continual improvementHandle Customer and Dealer relations, service contractsManage branch inventory controlSet yearly budget for branch operations & forecast service/parts sales for the branchContinual monitoring and reporting of key branch performance measuresUtilize Management Tools (Seven Step, Nine Step, Language Processing, etc.).Responsible for sound business practicesCompliance with applicable OSHA, EPA, DOT regulationsFacility Management, building and groundsPropose capital expendituresPhysical and safety requirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. Frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms. Manager must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. with assistance.Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions?Supervisory responsibilitiesManager supervises employees of the branch and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this operationManager carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable lawsResponsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problemsEducation and/or experiencePrevious experience in a similar leadership roleMechanical background through education or experiencePreferred - Bachelor's degree (B.
