LPN for NOC Shift Contract at TRMCC in Sheridan We are requesting an LPN for a NOC shift (5:45p-6:15a) contract at TRMCC in Sheridan. This is to start on 08/07 (orientation shift) then work August 8, 9, 10. This contract is 3 on 3 off. We would like to start at 13 weeks with a possibility of extending. We will consider RN's but prefer an LPN at this time. How many beds in facility? 39. How many units/halls? 2. How many beds on each unit/hall? 20. Average census of facility? 27. Average nurse to patient ratios? 1. Average CNA to patient ratios? 4 CNAs per shift. Charting? electronic or paper? Point Click Care. Scrub color requirements? Any - clean. What kind of OT do you think our travelers may be able to pick up for you? Depends - OT is always offered. No therapy animals. If we provide housing, can you recommend any particular hotels/motels in the area? Kings Motel Twin Bridges, Chicks Bar/Motel Alder MT. Taxi/Lyft/Uber? NO. When we have profiles to send over, do you want us to conduct the interview, or do you conduct the interview? Us to conduct the interview. When travelers are coming in, who should we send compliance paperwork to? Carrie Tree. When will orientation consist of? Walkthrough and paperwork. Is there anything the traveler should bring to orientation? A winning personality. We work a Sunday through Saturday work week. Do you have an alternate work week? NO. What is your lunch break policy? 30 mins. If they do not take we must have that signed off and verified. Is your facility profit or non-profit? Non-profit. It's a 3-bedroom home located just outside of Twin Bridges. Each room is coded for a lock. It's a country setting with deer and elk that frequent the property. The home was recently remodeled to include paint, flooring, and carpeting. It's fully furnished very nicely, that includes all bedding and towels. All cleaning supplies including onsite free laundry is provided as well. The nurse will only need their clothing and food items, everything else is supplied.
