Responsibilities
- Administer APTA-standard physical therapy treatments for disabilities, injuries, and diseases to relieve pain, restore motor function, and maintain optimal performance.
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement, monitor, and adjust rehab interventions to achieve patient goals.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and self-management strategies.
- Ensure safety and compliance with clinical policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Ability to work under limited supervision in a clinical setting
- Willingness to work a 5x8 day schedule in a hospital environment
- Eligibility for a travel assignment for a 13-week contract
- Comfortable functioning within a multidisciplinary team to support patient goals
