Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour; Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Valid state license Certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced, CA CRT Must-Have: Must be open to all shift times; Community hospital experience required Description: MUST BE OPEN TO ALL SHIFT TIMES; CANNOT ACCOMMODATE A SPECIFIC SHIFT REQUEST. CAN EXPECT TO DO 30-40+ SCANS PER 12-HOUR SHIFT. SELF-SCHEDULE BASED ON SENIORITY. VARIABLE SCHEDULE REQUIRED, BUT UNIT WILL WORK TO KEEP CLINICIAN ON DAY VAR, NIGHT VAR, OR GRAVEYARD. WILL NOT WORK A BACK-TO-BACK NIGHT THEN DAY. PLEASE REACH OUT FOR A SAMPLE SCHEDULE. HIGH NEED FOR GRAVEYARD SHIFT. MUST BE OPEN TO WORKING 3 OF 5 MAJOR HOLIDAYS. VERY HIGH VOLUME, FAST-PACED FACILITY. MAY BE ASKED TO DO OWN TRANSPORT BASED ON STAFFING. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND EFFICIENTLY. GE AND Toshiba EQUIPMENT USED. WEEKEND REQUIREMENT: WEEKENDS MAY EXCEED EVERY OTHER TO MEET UNIT NEEDS. ON-CALL REQUIREMENTS: NO CALL. FLOATING: NO FLOATING BETWEEN LIKE UNITS. Pending license is not accepted. RTO must be included at the time of submission. Facility is able to call off once every two-week pay period. TYPE OF FACILITY: ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL. TOTAL STAFFED BEDS: 212. SCRUB COLOR: RNs: NAVY BLUE, L&D/OR: PROVIDED. CHARTING SYSTEM: EPIC. DAILY CENSUS: VARIABLE BASED ON ADMISSIONS. WILL SUPPLY PROVIDERS WITH COMMUNICATION DEVICES NEEDED TO PERFORM DUTIES ASSIGNED AT NO COST. TRAVELERS MAY BE EXPECTED TO FLOAT BETWEEN SISTER FACILITIES. TRAVELERS' REFUSAL TO FLOAT MAY RESULT IN TERMINATION OF ASSIGNMENT AND/OR FORFEITURE OF GUARANTEED HOURS. MODULES ARE NON-BILLABLE, AND ALL TIME SPENT ON MODULES IS FACTORED IN NBO HOURS. MODULE COMPLETION IS RECORDED IN WORKRAMP TRANSCRIPTS. REFERENCES REQUIRED: TWO REFERENCES COVERING ONE YEAR WITHIN THE LAST THREE YEARS CAN INCLUDE CHARGE RNs/LEAD.
