Multiple positions available for kitting associates! If you and some friends or family are looking to work together, this is the job for you!

Located in Milford, OH, 1st and 3rd shifts available:

• 1st - M-F - 7am-3:30pm - $14
• 3rd - M-TH - 8pm-6:30am - $14.50

No experience required! Hablamos Espanol! Key responsibilities include:

• Line assembly: Assemble boxes and displays
• Quality control: Inspect boxes for damage or defects before placing them into final packaging.
• Component verification: Verify display is packed with correct materials
• Palletizing & staging: Stack finished kits onto pallets, wrap them securely, and move them to staging areas.
• Workplace safety: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris to prevent workplace hazards.

Required skills & qualifications:

• No experience required! Must be 18 to apply.
• Attention to detail: Ability to spot small differences in product numbers, labels, and colors quickly.
• Physical stamina: Capacity to stand for long periods (8–10 hours) and perform repetitive hand movements.
• Strength: Ability to safely lift, push, and pull warehouse items weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Tools: Comfort using basic hand tools, tape guns
• Teamwork: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with line partners and supervisors.

Work environment & schedule:

• Fast-paced, active warehouse floor
• Full-time (Day, and night shift options).
• Casual dress code - tennis shoes, and you can wear shorts!

Compensation / Pay rate (up to): $14.00 - $14.50
