Description Du Poste

Vous coordonnez, ralisez et grez l'ensemble des oprations ncessaires la mise en place, la prparation et au dressage des plats
Supervisez les besoins en approvisionnement, la gestion des stocks et des commandes
Veillez maintenir une hygine irrprochable en respect des normes HACCP et adopter une attitude co-responsable envers les produits et le matriel utilis

Qualifications

Vous tes motiv(e), avez un sens aigu de l'organisation et du travail en quipe.
Vous avez une exprience d'au moins 2 ans dans une maison similaire.
