Front Office Position

Colorado Tinnitus and Hearing Center – Englewood, CO
Part-Time (Potential to Become Full-Time)
Monday–Thursday | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Join a Team That Changes Lives
Colorado Tinnitus and Hearing Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Our patients are often dealing with hearing loss and tinnitus, so we are looking for someone who is compassionate, patient, and communicates clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

 Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients
 Greet and check patients in and out
 Schedule and confirm appointments
 Verify insurance benefits
 Process payments and maintain accurate records
 Communicate with patients by phone, text, and email, Automation calls/Outbound calls
 Assist with administrative and clerical duties
 Maintain patient confidentiality and office organization
 Support the Office Lead and clinical team as needed

Qualifications

 Excellent communication and customer service skills
 Clear, professional phone voice
 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
 Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
 Previous customer service or medical office experience preferred, but not required
