Machine Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Various shifts available ( Monday through Saturday )
- Operate production machinery and equipment used to blend ingredients and process manufacturing materials.
- Load ingredients into mixing machines using conveyors, scales, hand trucks, or other material handling equipment.
- Start machines and adjust controls, valves, steam, and cooling systems to maintain proper production processes.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure equipment is running efficiently.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with basic repairs, maintenance, fabrication, and equipment improvements.
- Support maintenance team members with production floor equipment repairs and troubleshooting.
- Identify and separate defective products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor assembly machine controls and make necessary adjustments when equipment malfunctions.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred.
- Experience operating industrial machinery or production equipment preferred.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Experience performing equipment adjustments, basic maintenance, or repairs is a plus.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
