Project Manager | Ground-Up & Interiors

We're partnered with a well-established, family-owned General Contractor that's looking to add a Project Manager to its growing team. With 50 years in business , this contractor has built its reputation on repeat business, quality craftsmanship, and investing in its people. As the company continues to expand, they're looking for an experienced Project Manager who wants to take ownership of projects, work closely with leadership, and grow their career with a company that promotes from within. Their work consists of a diverse mix of commercial interiors, exterior renovations, and ground-up construction throughout the Chicagoland area. Projects include tenant build-outs, retail and restaurant spaces, office renovations, multi-tenant buildings, and other commercial developments , with most project values ranging from $1M–$5M . Because of the size of the projects, Project Managers have the opportunity to oversee jobs from start to finish, giving you greater ownership, stronger client relationships, and exposure to every aspect of the construction process. What You'll Be Doing: Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, architects, and owners Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement Support preconstruction and estimating efforts as needed Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring successful project delivery What They're Looking For: 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor Commercial construction/interiors experience is preferred Estimating or preconstruction exposure is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects Base salary up to $130K + bonus potential Company covers 70% of employee health insurance premiums Summer Fridays with early finishes Excellent opportunity for continued career growth into Senior Project Manager Family-oriented culture with direct access to ownership and executive leadership Diverse portfolio of commercial projects that provide hands-on ownership from start to finish If you're looking for a Project Manager opportunity where you'll have real ownership over your projects, work directly with company leadership, and grow your career with a respected family-owned General Contractor, I'd love to tell you more. #J-18808-Ljbffr Flowtec Construction
