Job Title: Cleaner Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated cleaner responsible for the final cleaning scope at a data center construction site. This role involves meticulous attention to detail to ensure a pristine environment.

• Wipe down server racks, ensuring all surfaces are clean and dust-free.
• Sweep, mop, and dust the facility to maintain a tidy and sanitized environment.
• Comfortably work at heights, including being 8 feet up on a ladder, dusting servers and wires with a broom duster.

• Proven cleaning experience, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Comfortable with housekeeping and sanitizing tasks.
• Experience with scissor or boom lifts, with required lift certification.
• Familiarity with general labor tasks on commercial or industrial construction sites.

• Janitorial or sanitation experience is preferred.
• Experience in customer service with strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with buffers or cleaning equipment is a bonus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Lancaster,TX.
