Speech-Language Pathologist (2026-2027 School Year) Location: Dearborn Heights, MI Start/End Date: 2026-2027 School Year Grade Levels: PreK-8th grade Salary Range: $60,000 - $78,000 salary (paid weekly), based on experience and qualifications. We are looking for a full-time, in person, speech-language pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year to support a district in Dearborn Heights, MI. Caseload details are currently being finalized; however, the district is eager to begin interviewing to identify the right fit as soon as possible. You'll work alongside an SLP in each building to make a meaningful impact on students. Responsibilities Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs. Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders. Utilize IEP system for management and compliance. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities. Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing). Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA). Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.
