General Labor/Forklift Operator Job Details
Pay Rate : $19.00/hr
Location : Dayton, OH
Schedule : Full-time, 6AM-3:30PM
General Labor/Forklift Operator Requirements/Qualifications

• Basic math and reading skills.
  
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
  
• Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  
• Ability to learn and operate warehouse equipment.
  
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
  
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. repetitively.
  
• Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required.
  
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled production environment.
  

• Receive, stack, store, ship, and transfer materials and supplies.
  
• Band and identify materials.
  
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
  
• Operate entry-level production equipment according to established procedures.
  
• Process, package, and ship orders.
  
• Receive and unload incoming materials.
  
• Assist with inventory tracking and data entry.
  
• Operate or learn to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
  
• Maintain clean and organized production areas.
  
• Follow all safety and production procedures.
  
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
