Flatbed CDL A Driver, Regional Route

Driver Responsibilities Transport important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on regional routes in the western United States. Pay & Benefits Weekly Pay: $1,054.82 – $1,949.36 (full-time drivers) Annual Pay: $54,850.64 – $101,366.72 (full-time drivers) Flatbed Regional Rate: $0.51 – $0.79 per mile Transition Package: $1,800 (includes $1,000 towards orientation) Accessorial compensation – tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay (as applicable) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account 401(k) and 401(k) matching Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program Transition Pay and Orientation Pay Sick time accrual: 1 hour per 30 hours worked; 80 hours PTO for 1–9 years, 120 hours PTO for 10+ years Requirements & Qualifications Valid Class A CDL Age 21 or older Minimum 4 months of driving experience Clean driving record No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years Background Check required Clean drug test required Clean clearinghouse result required Physical ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation Preferred: 1 year of truck driving experience (not required) Work Hours & Home Time Home Time: Home for the weekend Home time varies by division (Division 272 for this opportunity) Route Type: Regional Route with flatbed equipment Application Deadline 4/30/2026 Equal Opportunity Employer System Transport is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
