Residential Supervisor - Overnight

This position is Thursday-Saturday 11PM-9AM. The Home for Little Wanderers' Harrington House, located in Dorchester, MA is looking for a Residential Supervisor to make a difference in the lives of youth who have experienced trauma and/or who have significant emotional and behavioral challenges. To learn more about the incredible impact our employees have on the lives of children and families, click here: The Residential Supervisor will work closely with the Milieu/Program Director to ensure appropriate staffing coverage; hire, train, supervise, performance manage and evaluate direct care staff; mediate staff issues and employee conflicts; host team meetings for staff and provide training and weekly supervision. Qualifications: Prior experience working with youth HS diploma or equivalency; bachelor's degree preferred Valid Driver's License Driving Requirements May be required to operate a vehicle May be required to have a valid driver’s license and a “satisfactory” driving record May be required to have access to a personal vehicle for use during work hours May be required to use personal vehicle to transport clients on occasion if/when needed If required to transport clients, must maintain the minimum amounts of liability insurance as required by The Home and/or other regulatory requirements and vehicle registration must be current The pay range listed represents the company’s good faith estimate of the salary or wage range for this position at the time of posting, as required under applicable law. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including a candidate’s relevant experience, education, skills, and internal equity relative to other employees in similar roles. Candidates with less directly related experience may be placed toward the lower end of the range, while those with extensive or specialized experience may be placed toward the higher end.
