Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies

• Develop and implement effective nursing care plans to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among all nursing staff

• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing coaching and guidance to improve job performance

• Identify and address any staffing or quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field

• Current RN license and certification in the state of New Jersey

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a nursing leadership role

• Strong clinical knowledge and skills in gerontological nursing and care coordination

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
