Young Adult Housing Specialist

Cocoon House is seeking a Young Adult Housing Specialist to support at-risk and homeless young adults in Snohomish County. In this role, you will provide housing-focused case management, conduct assessments, and create individualized housing stability plans. You’ll assist youth with applications for housing, benefits, and documents, and coordinate with landlords and community partners to secure and maintain safe housing. Working within a compassionate, trauma-informed team, you will offer advocacy, crisis response, and life-skills support while maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on ending youth homelessness.
