What You’ll Do Apply silicone and polyurethane sealants with a 20oz sausage gun (clean finish) Perform expansion joint control, dampproofing, and concrete repair Install below-grade waterproofing systems (bentonite, sheet applied, cementitious) Apply sheet- and fluid-applied systems — both hot and cold Install drainage, protection materials, and water-repellent coatings Support project set-up, cleanup, and site safety What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($18–$25/hr, DOE) Steady, year-round work Overtime opportunities Career growth and training Safety-first culture and supportive team What We’re Looking For 1+ year of waterproofing or general construction experience Carpentry skills preferred (not required) Must follow safety and fall protection guidelines Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or elevated areas Positive attitude and team-player mindset Join a company where your hard work gets noticed — and your career can grow.
