Pharmacy Technician Support Specialist

To enhance client satisfaction and retention, the full-time Client Support Specialist will manage inbound and outbound support calls with hospices and pharmacies in a remote environment, ensuring timely resolutions and exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities Handle 20-40 inbound support calls daily and assist with tickets from clients Place outbound calls to new users for training and support on the software Contribute to the client-facing Knowledge Center by adding FAQs and tutorials Required qualifications Prior experience in SaaS client support or as a Pharmacy Technician preferred Ability to work 100% remote with reliable high-speed Internet access Proficient with MS Office applications Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Pharmacy Technician license preferred but not required
