- Conduct assessments of patients in either an inpatient or outpatient context and forge tailored treatment protocols
- Deliver robust physical therapy interventions aimed at mobility enhancement, strength building, balance improvement, and functional optimization
- Team up with our nursing staff, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitative experts to maximize patient outcomes
- Guide patients and their families through therapeutic objectives, discharge strategies, and home exercise routines
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluations, therapies, and progress in alignment with facility standards and regulatory expectations
- Engage in multidisciplinary team rounds and conferences to ensure seamless and integrated patient care
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification is preferred
- Acquired specialized certifications, such as in neurology or geriatrics, are beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong preference for candidates with prior relevant experience
- Proficient in addressing patients with intricate medical and mobility concerns
- Exceptional communication and collaborative abilities
- Comfortable navigating digital charting systems for clinical documentation
