Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks at a time based on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although some 2-week periods may occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks, no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, and drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, facilitating efficient operations with 70% drop and hook processes that minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings are between $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600, depending on your hiring location, with weekly mileage of 2,500-2,800 miles. Our base rates range from .45, .50, to .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for completing 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Drivers primarily operate east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential for 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may qualify for dedicated accounts.
