This is a growing organization that values integrity, accountability, and a positive, solutions-focused attitude on every job.About the Role The Senior Project Manager/Estimator plays a critical role in driving business growth and project success by leading the estimating process, securing new work, and overseeing complex construction projects from award through completion. This position develops competitive bid strategies, prepares comprehensive estimates, and builds strong client relationships that support long-term business goals. Once projects are awarded, this role provides strategic leadership across planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, compliance, risk management, and client communication. You'll lead some of the organization's largest and most complex projects, direct resources, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
