Electrical Engineering Manager / PE: Phoenix, AZ We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Electrical Engineer (Manager‑Level) to lead and support the execution of complex electrical engineering projects. Collaborate closely with cross‑disciplinary teams and report project status to senior leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in electrical engineering, preferably within industrial or process facilities. Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools such as Autodesk Inventor and/or Revit. Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and electrical system analysis software such as SKM Power Tools or ETAP. Solid technical foundation in electrical systems including power distribution, grounding, motor controls, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally to project sites and company offices. Self‑motivated with exceptional attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and the ability to work independently under limited supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team‑first mindset. Valid passport or ability to obtain one. Prepares and conducts local customer meetings and communicates orally with customers in face‑to‑face, one‑on‑one settings, group settings and communicates professionally by email and telephone, as needed.
