About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Sales Officer / Vice President of Sales to spearhead its statewide growth initiatives and lead high-performing sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, leading and supporting sales teams, and identifying high-value market opportunities. This role requires a strategic and results-oriented sales leader with a strong background in commercial construction and large-scale B2B sales management. Key responsibilities include sales forecasting, process optimization, and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 15 years of B2B sales leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role. The Chief Sales Officer / Vice President of Sales will also be tasked with designing and optimizing sales team structures, recruiting and retaining top sales talent, and improving sales processes and operational efficiencies. Executive leadership skills are essential, as the role involves partnering with senior leadership to align sales objectives with the overall business strategy. The candidate should have a proven track record of leading complex sales organizations across multiple locations and be adept at using CRM platforms. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are a must, as is the ability to travel and a valid driver's license. The position is full-time and requires a professional, collaborative, and employee-focused work environment.
