Open Shifts:

Skilled

• Full-Time | 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) 
• Part-Time | 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) 
• Part-Time | 3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM) 

Assisted Living

• Part-Time | 2nd Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) 
• Part-Time | 3rd Shift (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM)

Starting wage: $19hr + based on experience

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification and listing in the Illinois Nurse Aide Registry
• Compassionately motivated about serving and celebrating seniors
• Act with integrity by providing specialized care to residents with Alzheimer’s & Dementia
• Contribute to an inclusive culture thriving on teamwork and positive attitudes
• Ability to navigate electronic medical record system
