This role will oversee the health of inventory in materials, quality or production. The candidate will analyze usage trends, lead cycle counting programs, monitor variances and resolve discrepancies to ensure inventory integrity in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.What You'll DoOversee electronic cycle counts and physical audits to maintain near-perfect record accuracyInvestigate root causes of inventory variances and implement corrective actions our ERP and WMS systemsMonitor shelf-life sensitive materials and ensure compliance with safety and quality storage regulations via the AS9100 Quality Management SystemGenerate KPI reports and visual dashboards to track inventory health, aging stock, and transaction recordsCollaborate with other manufacturing stakeholders to support operational continuity and efficient forecasting and planningRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)Typically 3–5+ years in inventory control within an aerospace or high-tech manufacturing environmentProficiency in Oracle and Odoo (highly preferred), advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs), and potentially SQL for data miningFamiliarity with AS9100 standards and Defense Federal Acquisitions Regulation Supplement (DFARS) regulations for the management of government propertyManaging parts with unique serial numbers or traceability requirements where a single error can halt productionIdentifying inefficiencies in material flow and driving Lean or Six Sigma initiatives to improve themMust be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilitiesUS Salary Range: $86,000 - $112,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
