What You'll Do

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and evaluate patient care plans
• Provide patient-centered nursing care to diverse medical-surgical cases, including post-surgical, trauma, stroke, and hospice patients
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Use clinical pathways and interdisciplinary communication to ensure high-quality care
• Assist in maintaining a safe and positive environment on the unit
• Support new team members during orientation and ongoing professional development

What You Need

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
• Minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adhere to attendance policies

• Experience in a fast-paced, diverse medical-surgical environment
• Basic knowledge of clinical pathways and patient education
