APRN: Mobile Opioid Treatment Clinician (Part-Time)

Community Health Resources (CHR) in Putnam, CT, is seeking an APRN for its Mobile OTP program. This part-time role (25 hours/week) involves 4 hours daily, Monday through Friday, with morning shifts.
