Management Trainee

Now hiring Management Trainee - Direct Hire Location: West Sacramento, CA Salary: $55,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key responsibilities Managing incoming customer calls and emails, processing quotes and orders, maintaining HubSpot CRM data, supporting sales reporting, coordinating shipping and invoicing activities, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner. The role also supports marketing initiatives, trade events, distributor communications, and inventory coordination related to backorders and delivery schedules. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or sales operations Experience in manufacturing or technical product environments preferred Strong communication, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills Professional phone and email etiquette Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Strong data entry, reporting, and organizational abilities Open to moving out of state in 1-3 years with a promotion Benefits Base pay range as listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role.
