Our Pool Attendants are responsible for maintaining the outdoor pool facility and enforcing the rules in accordance with association policies and government regulations. This role is fundamental in maintaining our lively community and ensuring a safe environment for all. What you’ll accomplish: Checking in residents and guests to the pool Monitoring and enforcing pool rules and policies, including engaging an emergency action plan if necessary Ensuring pool facility is clean, organized, and well maintained Supporting staff during community events Extending top-notch service to residents and guests Providing community information and offering assistance as needed What we’re looking for: Energy, a great attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to stand for long periods of time Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as needed CPR certification preferred Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing.
