Timber Ridge, located in beautiful San Bernardino, CA, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our team. What You'll Be Doing: As a Line Cook at Timber Ridge, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes that keep our guests coming back for more. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Ensuring food is presented beautifully and consistently.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your station.
- Assisting with inventory and restocking as needed.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
We’re searching for someone who brings enthusiasm, skill, and a strong work ethic to the kitchen. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience working as a line cook or in a similar role.
- A solid understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays —our busiest times!
- A team-oriented attitude and a passion for great food.
