Key Responsibilities (Based on Assigned Area)

Customer Experience

Warmly greet and engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere
Take and process orders with accuracy and efficiency—whether in the dining room, drive-thru, or mobile ordering
Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt, friendly service
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest areas throughout the shift

Food Preparation & Safety

Prepare and assemble menu items according to Chick-fil-A's high standards
Ensure food safety and cleanliness practices are followed at all times
Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients to meet brand expectations

Team Contribution & Communication

Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations
Maintain open and respectful communication with leadership and coworkers
Support a positive team culture through encouragement and accountability

Adaptability & Growth

Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment—especially during high-volume periods
