Key Responsibilities (Based on Assigned Area)

Customer Experience

• Warmly greet and engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Take and process orders with accuracy and efficiency—whether in the dining room, drive-thru, or mobile ordering
• Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt, friendly service
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest areas throughout the shift

Food Preparation & Safety

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to Chick-fil-A's high standards
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness practices are followed at all times
• Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients to meet brand expectations

Team Contribution & Communication

• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain open and respectful communication with leadership and coworkers
• Support a positive team culture through encouragement and accountability
