Problem Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and financial services sector, is seeking a Production / Technical Support III/Problem Manager to join their team. As a Production / Technical Support III/Problem Manager, you will be part of the IT Operations team supporting enterprise-wide technology services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production / Technical Support III/Problem Manager Location: Jersey City, NJ Pay Range: $40-45 What's the Job? Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications and infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Monitor system performance, analyze alerts, and implement proactive solutions to prevent incidents. Document technical procedures, incident reports, and resolution steps accurately. Support offshore teams and coordinate problem resolution efforts across geographies. What's Needed? Proven experience in technical support or production support roles within enterprise environments. Strong understanding of ITIL principles and problem management processes. Familiarity with tools such as Splunk, ServiceNow, and BMC Remedy. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical issues for diverse audiences. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. What's in it for me?
