Our newest office is based in Irving’s Las Colinas development and will serve as a centralized hub where employees and customers from across the US can come together to work towards solving some of the biggest challenges facing supply chains. Location This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in NA About The Team/Role As the Manager of Business Consulting, you will lead a team of Business Consultants, working in tandem with the sales organization to focus on all activities that will ensure target sales achievement and total customer satisfaction. You will lead the charge in architecting value-driven solutions by managing an elite team of Pre-Sales Business Consultants dedicated to winning market share and securing long-term customer success. You will act as the bridge between technical mastery and commercial strategy, ensuring every sales motion is backed by deep business insight and flawless execution. What you will do Lead a team of Business Consultants in North America, who partner with our sales team to provide demo support. Act as a resource to Business Consultants and provide mentorship and coaching. Build expertise in the Kinaxis Maestro solution to effectively showcase its value and impact for customers and to support your team in delivering customer presentations and demos. Where necessary create and deliver supplementary presentation materials in support of customer-specific demonstrations. Assist in identifying the customer’s needs and key stakeholders in the purchase decision-making process. Consistently follow the sales process which includes ensuring that key deliverables are delivered. Proactively provide effective feedback to product management on product gaps and improvement areas. What we are looking for Minimum 7-10 years of supply chain management and consulting and/or enterprise pre-sales experience and domain expertise in one or more of the 5 key industries served (Automotive, High-Tech, Pharma/Lifesciences, Aerospace and Defense, CPG). Desired 4+ years direct or indirect experience managing a team. Strong knowledge of supply chain fundamentals, industry best practices, and available solutions in the SCM / ERP space. Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, supply chain, computer science or process engineering. Graduate degree (MBA or MS) preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate the value of supply chain management solutions through compelling presentations. Experience in developing and presenting concise points of view to convey the value of technology solutions and services. Adaptable with strong initiative; ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Consultative sales savvy – appropriately position software capabilities and interact across all levels of the internal and external organizations. Demonstrated ability to work jointly cross functional (sales, consulting, support, product management) with internal teams to achieve desired revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
