A highly respected boutique civil litigation firm is seeking a Senior Associate Trial Attorney ready to take ownership of complex cases and drive them from strategy through verdict. You’ll have autonomy, courtroom presence, and the opportunity to lead — not just support — high-stakes litigation.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable being first chair, who commands a courtroom, and who understands that preparation wins trials.

What You’ll Control

• Case strategy from day one through trial
• Depositions, dispositive motions, and trial preparation
• Jury trials (first-chair experience strongly preferred)
• Mediation and high-level settlement negotiations
• Direct client advisory on risk and litigation positioning

This is not a volume mill. This is strategic litigation.

What We Expect

• 10–15 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong background in insurance defense, personal injury, and/or business litigation
• Demonstrated trial experience — not just second-chair support
• Sharp legal writing and persuasive advocacy skills
• Confidence managing complex matters independently
• Active California Bar membership in good standing

Compensation That Reflects Experience

• $160,000 – $240,000 base (DOE)
• Quarterly performance-based bonuses
