A well-established cosmetic surgery and dermatology practice on Long Island is actively seeking a Plastic Surgeon to join their growing team. This is a high-demand, high-revenue opportunity with an existing patient base and strong support infrastructure.
The role focuses on both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures , with a steady flow of surgical and consultative cases. This is an ideal opportunity for a surgeon looking to step into an environment with immediate volume and significant earning potential.
The practice offers a highly competitive compensation structure, with $500,000 – $1M+ earning potential , along with medical, dental, retirement, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME, and bonus opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures
- Conduct patient consultations and develop treatment plans
- Maintain high standards of patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within the practice
Schedule
Flexible, based on surgical caseload and patient demand
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Plastic Surgery
- Experience preferred, but strong candidates of varying experience levels are encouraged to apply
