Our Marketing team crafts and executes strategies to resonate with our target audience, and also to scale the acquisition of new users by identifying untapped channels and optimizing conversions. About The Role As an SEO Specialist for Aspire USA, you’ll support the execution of our organic growth priorities across traditional search and emerging AI-driven discovery. Reporting to the SEO Manager, you’ll be a hands‑on individual contributor responsible for taking SEO work from research and analysis through execution, quality checks, measurement, and reporting. You’ll collaborate with content, web, product marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality SEO work efficiently. This role is suited to someone who can work independently within clear priorities, solve problems with data, and proactively surface issues, opportunities, and recommendations to the SEO Manager. What You’ll Be Doing Execute SEO priorities across on‑page, technical, content, and off‑page SEO with a strong focus on quality and timely delivery. Conduct keyword, SERP, competitor, and performance research to identify organic opportunities and provide clear findings and recommendations. Optimize website content and key organic entry points for search intent, relevance, discoverability, quality, and user experience. Monitor organic performance, investigate changes or issues, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Perform SEO audits and QA to identify and help resolve issues affecting crawlability, indexation, site structure, metadata, structured data, and overall search performance. Support new organic growth initiatives and cross‑functional projects as required, with strong execution and attention to detail. Build clear reporting and visualisations that communicate performance, trends, insights, and areas requiring attention. Use AI and automation responsibly to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of SEO work while validating outputs and maintaining strong judgment. Track relevant search and industry developments and flag changes or opportunities that may affect organic performance. Follow internal processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements across all SEO work. What You Bring 2+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with a strong understanding of how organic search contributes to business growth. Strong SEO fundamentals across on‑page, technical, off‑page, content optimisation, keyword research, internal linking, and search intent. Hands‑on SEO tool proficiency with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and related platforms. Strong Google Sheets and Excel skills, including formulas, pivots, lookups, data analysis, and working confidently with large datasets. Reporting and visualisation skills, with the ability to turn SEO data into clear insights for different stakeholders. Experience with Looker Studio or similar tools is a plus. Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to independently investigate keywords, competitors, SERPs, search trends, user intent, and performance data, connect findings, and recommend practical next steps. Practical understanding of AI search, AEO, GEO, AI Overviews, and evolving discovery behaviour, alongside strong traditional SEO knowledge. Effective use of AI tools for productivity, analysis, research, QA, and workflow improvement, with strong judgment and verification of outputs. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, and CMS environments, including how they relate to SEO implementation and troubleshooting. Actively stays up to date with changes across SEO, Google Search, AI‑powered search, AEO/GEO, industry tools, and the broader SEO community, with the judgment to identify which developments are relevant and worth acting on. Clear communication and ownership, with strong written English, attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines. Relevant industry experience is a plus, particularly in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or competitive US search markets.
