Strategic Communications Manager

Leading a team of communications specialists, the full-time remote Strategic Communications Manager will supervise executive outreach efforts, ensure quality deliverables for senior leaders, and manage client communications while supporting team development and performance. Key responsibilities Lead and develop a team of communications professionals, assigning work and balancing workloads against deadlines Serve as the final reviewer for team outputs, ensuring quality and consistency before reaching senior leaders Act as the primary communications point of contact for client leadership, managing expectations and stakeholder requests Required qualifications 8 years of related communications experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role Bachelor's degree in a related field Experience managing team workloads and meeting firm deadlines Experience supporting complex projects within the federal government Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
