Qualifications:

• Active SLPA license in California
• Prior experience working within school settings preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational abilities and commitment to student-centered service

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to SLPs and students in classrooms, as well as individual and group sessions
• Assist in administering speech and language programs per individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate professionally with teachers, staff, and families
• Maintain confidentiality and promote a positive educational atmosphere
