Chargeback Analyst

The Chargeback Resolution Analyst supports the review and resolution of chargeback claims, sales tracing discrepancies, and direct pricing claims. This role works with distributors, customers, and internal business partners to ensure claims are processed accurately and in compliance with established policies, procedures, and contractual requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 3 year experience preferred in Commercial Contracting or Chargeback Operations preferably Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with SAP, AS400, Vistex, Power BI, or similar systems is a plus.
