Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.***We Take Care of Our People**Paid Time Off **I** 401K with Employer Match and Profit Sharing **I** Health and Wellness Benefits **I** Learning and Development Opportunities **I** Referral Program **I** Competitive Pay **I** Recognition **I** Employee Stock Purchase Plan**I** Inclusive & Supportive Culture \***Your Challenge*** With supervision, applies established principles and procedures to perform standard, routine technical activities relating to the manufacture and test of client products, in a frequently highly time-sensitive environment.* Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.* Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from a variety of blueprints, drawings and diagrams.* Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems.* May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing.* Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to a variety of technical problems.* May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.**What You Bring*** Associates degree in a technical-related field is preferred but not required.* 2 to 4 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.* Previous experience with set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies is an asset.* Mechanical aptitude.* Experience reading drawings and blueprints.* Frequent standing.* Must be able to lift 50 pounds.* Must be a US Person.**Who We Are**Our ValuesEnvironmental, Social and GovernanceCurtiss-Wright manufactures Exlar electromechanical linear roller screw actuators, rotary servo motors, and integrated control solutions for a broad range of applications.
