Acute Care Medicine Registered Nurse

The Acute Care Medicine Registered Nurse provides direct inpatient care to acutely ill adult patients on a hospital medicine unit. This role performs holistic assessment, develops and documents care plans, administers treatments and medications, and closely monitors patient status. The nurse educates patients and families, coordinates with an interprofessional care team, and supports safety, quality, and regulatory standards while working 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced acute care setting.
