Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – (Hydraulics, Pneumatics & Conveyor Systems | 2nd Shift) Experience: 1+ year of industrial maintenance – hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems required. Compensation: $31/hr, overtime after 8 hrs at 1.5x, Sunday double time. Shift: 2nd shift – Monday through Friday. Location: Greater Madison area, WI – onsite, no remote; must reside within 45 minutes. Type: Full-time, direct hire with full benefits package. Auth: U.S. citizen or Green Card holder – no sponsorship, no relocation. Weld as needed to support maintenance and repair activities. Support a safe, well‑maintained production environment in a food‑grade facility. Qualifications 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience – hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems all required. Welding ability – used as needed on the job. Comfortable working in a food production environment and committed to safety and cleanliness standards. Solid, stable work history.
