Location: Sacramento, CA

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Sacramento. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students strengthen communication skills that support academic and social success.

The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and passionate about working in educational settings with students across a variety of age groups and communication needs.

Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and support staff
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Support students with articulation, fluency, language, social communication, and related disorders

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CF candidates encouraged to apply
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
