Job Overview Asset Management Professional or Coordinator, responsible for managing repair processes, customer interactions, data entry into SAP, identifying process improvements, cost savings opportunities, and performance metrics at customer locations. Responsibilities Manage the repair process, collecting and entering data into SAP daily, obtaining and presenting quotes, and coordinating shipping and receiving activities at the customer site. Identify process improvements for the MRO/repair process with a focus on plant reliability. Work with customer management and technicians to identify cost savings opportunities. Perform critical asset analysis, assist maintenance with predictive and preventive maintenance strategies, and promote culture change. Collaborate with OEMs and repair facilities to identify probable causes and recommend corrective actions to reduce failures. Monitor repair turnaround times from OEMs and repair facilities, interpret trends, and coordinate with the extended team to reduce turnaround time. Optimize spare parts for all equipment. Provide consultative, transactional services to the customer, including gathering relevant product data and creating metrics reports and databases that aid in project status reports. Implement mutually agreed upon process recommendations with plants. Develop customer reports and conduct meetings to discuss KPI status and open issues. Process management (SOP, training, KPI’s, environmental concerns/best practices). Data recommendations (inventory levels, failure trends, repair history trends, pricing considerations, repair process, correct/right parts, obsolescence management). Monitor equipment trends at the customer location. Provide recommendations for using predictive maintenance technologies. Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA), reliability‑centered maintenance (RCM), fault tree analysis (FTA), and reliability block diagrams (RBD). Help set required training and standards based on failure modes identified. Essentials – You Will Have High School diploma or GED. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship). Preferred – You Might Also Have 5+ years of work experience. Willingness to pursue a Six Sigma Yellow Belt within the first year of employment. Experience working within Microsoft Excel and maintaining complex spreadsheets. Familiarity with ERP system software environment. Ability to stand for at least an eight‑hour period and lift at least 40 pounds. Availability for overnight travel as often as monthly.
