Schedule Day Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Neuro/Ortho unit. The ideal candidate will have strong med/surg competencies and experience in managing complex patient care. Responsibilities Manage chest tubes and administer medications such as non-titrated Cardizem and Amiodarone drips. Oversee weight-based heparin drips and provide comprehensive patient care. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality nursing care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license in the state of Texas. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Experience with Meditech EMR and telemetry is preferred. Dress Code Scrub Color: Royal Blue.
