Social Media Specialist & Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Specialist & Receptionist. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, creating engaging content, and keeping a busy front office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media pages, inquiries, comments, and messages
• Create and schedule engaging social media posts
• Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Greet and assist associates and visitors
• Help associates complete paperwork and navigate the check-in process
• Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming front desk
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed

• Must be willing and eager to learn
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable using social media platforms
• Creative, professional, and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and willing to assist wherever needed
• Basic computer and office skills required
