Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Expected 36 hours/week | Saturday and Sunday 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM plus one additional 12-hour shift during the week | On-call availability required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care across a wide range of surgical cases, including routine, urgent, and trauma procedures
• Deliver pre-operative and post-operative care to surgical patients
• Maintain on-call availability as required by the facility; full details discussed during interview
• Adhere to facility attendance and call-in policies throughout the duration of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Current Kansas RN license (single state or multistate)
• BLS certification required — must be issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
• ACLS certification required — must be issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
• All certifications and licenses must be current and on file at time of submission
• Clean license and background check required — no exceptions

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume or trauma-level operating room environment
• Comfort working across a diverse mix of surgical specialties and case types
• Previous travel nursing experience in a surgical setting
