Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Operating Room setting throughout the perioperative process
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility protocols, infection control standards, and surgical safety checklists
• Participate in on-call rotation as required; call expectations to be discussed during interview
• Float to like units or campuses within an applicable radius as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or a valid compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines — must be active at time of submission (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience with at least one prior travel assignment completed, or 3 years of recent OR experience without prior travel
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
• Willingness to work at least 1–2 holidays if the assignment spans end-of-year holiday periods
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application; RTO submitted after an offer is made will not be honored

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Transplant experience strongly preferred
• EPIC electronic health record experience preferred
• 3 or more years of recent OR experience preferred
